Those of you following news about fracking.oil drilling etc are aware that the State Dept recently concluded that KXL doesn't pose a significant enviro hazard- What!? but it gets better: -turns out it was an oil industry consultant they hired to do the enviro impact review. I wish I could say maybe we'll see coverage on network TV news--

You won't see it on the news, because that happened about two weeks ago. It is still up to John Kerry and Pres. Obama. I think they are waiting for the final report from the EPA, which has been more critical of the pipeline.
