I've been getting into this album for the past few days. It's by a little-known band from Finland I just recently learned about within the past week from glowing reviews I read on the website rateyourmusic.com They make this rather unique brand of shoegazy post-rock. It's pretty noisy, but also quite melodic as well. The production is also very good. You can download their new album on Bandcamp for whatever price you choose.

i listened to over a minute of each track...not a fan really. i think i liked the sound of "shoegazy post-rock" but maybe i really only like the shoegazy part. post-rock i have to really be in the mood for...and a sleeping infant nearby isn't that mood :)

i always like discovering new music though, so keep 'em comin'

Cool! I am not a fan of hard, banging rock noise, but the melodic elements save the day here for me......

Ugh, really? They need to choose a genre and stick with it.
