On 12 September 2012, the Hillsborough Independent Panel concluded that no Liverpool fans were responsible in any way for the disaster, and that its main cause was a "lack of police control".

David Duckensfield was in charge that day, and made the decision to open those gates and direct the fans in there, when it was already full...

Yet he is not responsible for the 96 people, men, women, and children that died that day due to his decision!

    I hope he pays!

The jury! You will pay with your conscience for the rest of your lives..

No closure! No one responsible for 96 deaths!

Duckinsfield says he wasnt experienced enough at the time.. yet he got excelled promotion!
Give your fat cat pension to pay the debts of the families of the 96!

    Who is responsible?

I don't like being in a crowd, this being a good example. Anyway all forms of sport especially spectator sport are completely pointless.

Not if you are a hippy.
Anywhere in the world police like to look after themselves. They don't like to pursue cases that expose maladministration on their part.
