i've actually been thrown out of taxis on at least two different occasions. but that was years ago, and now i live in a shithole that doesn't have ubers so i can't really comment.

Been taking Lyft all week cuz it's cheap af and yeah, if you'd done that in a Lyft you wouldn't have been thrown out. And I'm sure I would have had to get in after you.

once because we had just hopped in with a guy we met on the street so we could have a little privacy to buy weed from him, and once because my friend decided to roll a joint in the backseat.

 

I also have been thrown out of a taxi due to my weed frenzy. Actually we were first thrown out of a bus (the last one that night), so had to call a cab. While waiting for said cab we rolled another doob which remained lid when we entered the cab (two of us were in the back seat. Driver said smoking is ok with the window open, but changed his mind when he found out it was smelly marihuana. We said ok, we let it go out but we didn't (we were not clear headed). When he noticed we said the air from opened window kept it burning lol (at least half true really ). He concluded this ride wasn't worth his while. With hindsight i don't blame him
