just joined the site. Hippie at heart from years ago

    Hey everyone, I have a fondness in my heart for my hippie roots. These days, I am a "normal" guy with wife and kids, living in Apple Valley, CA. back in the day, (late 90's), I was full-on hippie, traveling with a free kitchen, living in my van, over a month in the woods at the rainbow nationals. I'd work in the winters at ski areas, and save money, then summer time, I would get rid of whatever shack or roommate situation I was living in for the winter, and I'd take off and adventure all summer. Was a great life. I still love the whole hippie vibe and natural love. Its in my heart and always will be.

    i just took it to mean that he used to be a hippie, not that he was ever here before. but hopefully he comes back and can answer that for sure.
