I refuse to believe in a god when I'm at my mothers and I refuse to believe in a god in my life, does it mean that when I'm visiting my father I have to not eat meat on specific days and eat special food "blessed" by his gods and everything? Or do I have the right to refuse his ways and eat meat when I want to...
It's your life, you have the decision to do what you want, so if you don't believe in it, then don't do it.
You have the right to stay away from him totally imho.. did you do a test yet now your back at your moms?
Ohw sweety.. you really need to get some help with this.. isn't there a teacher you trust or maybe a guidance counselor or whatever? Or the parents of a friend?
in regards to the food issue. i would have respect for their beliefs. i wouldn't go dragging a big steak dinner out in front of my vegan friends, it's just rude, thoughtless and selfish. immature, as well.
If you're at your father's, you should respect the house rules. It's not like they are asking you do do something against your own beliefs. (ie, serving meat to a vegan) Even if I was visiting a family as a guest, I would respect their meals. It's just polite. (P.S. talk to your mother about what you told us, and don't go back to his house again...)
