Oh I forgot about this thread.
Don't wash my hair much these days... think it might be down to about once a fortnight..not sure... just never seems in need of a wash so I forget to think about it. Now and then...like maybe every couple of months, I pour a load of Dr. Bronners over it and get all sudsy, which is fun.
Mostly the thing that drives me to wash it is a need to rinse away dead scalp.
I guess I might wash it more when/if the fucking weather warms up and I bust a sweat gland.

    How kind of you :p

On the actual topic though, I've been washing my hair much less often now with bicarb or shampoo. Normally just water.

On related topic, how often does everyone's hair get wet? I try not to get it wet everyday because of drying, but I hate not getting my hair wet in the shower. It's not a shower if I don't get to soak my face and hair for me. So I normally wet it every second day. Sometimes every 3 days but I don't like it. But then some times it gets wet everyday for a while.

Mine get wet probably once every 10 days. I'd keep them dry forever if I could.

Serious? I guess different weather might change peoples opinions.
But hot or cold here (Which isn't actually cold) I find it just sooo refreshing just to run my hair under the hose or shower, or dunk it the river or pool or whatever. Such a nice feeling.

Feels so incomplete swimming or having a shower without soaking my head.

Also, I probably sweat a lot more in the heat here, so I'd imagine my hair would begin to smell a bit funky after a while if I didn't.

I wet mine every week, I try to wait as long as I can. But usually I can never remember the day I last washed it so it could be 5 days or could be 10 ^^ But yea, I hate wed dreads, so heavy ><

I also hate it after they've dried, and they've all sort of.. sat in one position since drying (say I've had them down for 3 days after drying) and they get really uncomfortable if I try to move them to put a band on or put them up in a hair tie. Scalp gets really sore if I don't constantly move them 0.o Does anyone else get that?

I live in hot hot Forida and but still only need to wash them once every once in a while.

I hate washing because they are all in the wrong position and don't feel quite right when they are dry...
