woah dont get defensive! Do whatever you want. IMO natural dreadlocks on black people look totally amazing, I have never seen any IRL though, just pictures.

 

I swear to god in a year's time I do have badass locks I'm going to look for you, even if you live in china!! and i'm going to buy get you a whole bag of some mexican red or purple haze and we're going to smoke together till I forget my own name!! lol

Cool. I've been thinking about getting one. I'm worried about it though because my nose really irritated me and I ended up taking it out.

 

the old rasta men said that water was the best for dreadlocks. Especially if you have course curly hair.

This is second time with dreadlocks and i am a lot more relaxed because i know what to expect. The hair has to grow into the lock, so it will lock from the root first. Then slowly but surely it will start to shrink and tighten
(keyword:slowly). It was a year before they started looking real! But its such an amazing feeling because there were so many times that i thought they were not going to get there.

so the best thing to do is like everyone says...forget about them...let them do their thing. They will totally work themselves out. i promise.
