I’m an old hippie looking to form a small sustainable community on 20 acres near Southerland Springs Tx. It is heavily wooded with metric tons of firewood lying on the ground so heating and cooking isn’t a problem. I have two Ford tractors one with a cordwood saw and a collection of various plows and other implements. There is a water well and some clearings to plant crops. A small cabin, a tiny house, a barn and a few vintage RVs.
@rusty_apache thanks for re-extending the invitation! As the end nears I think you may have more applicants. Let's hear some more about what's happening at your property!
Have you done any exploration on ic.org That seems to be the go-to website for anything dealing with communes/communal living. I'm still curious to see what your venue looks like. Duncan
I love the idea but I don't think I want to move to Texas, lol. I would love to see it as well Hopefully he post some pictures the next time he comes back.
Haven't seen posts from you in a while, Rusty Apache. I'm going to be in San Antonio. Do you have tours of the premises?
