Comes out a year from now or so.
    Here's the trailer, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4lpf_TZ1zM

    Looks ultra-badass.
Plot summary on imdb reads: The next chapter finds Rambo recruited by a group of Christian human rights missionaries to protect them against pirates, during a humanitarian aid deliver to the persecuted Karen people of Burma. After some of the missionaries are taken prisoner by sadistic Burmese soldiers, Rambo gets a second impossible job: to assemble a team of mercenaries to rescue the surviving relief workers.

That synopsis actually makes it sound REALLY dumb. Saving missionaries from pirates? I've seen the trailer, though, and it seems awesome enough. Kind of ridiculous, but awesome.

Looks terrible, overdone (he rips out a damn throat in the preview), and Stalone looks like he should be in a retirement home.

In other words... this movie will be hilarious.

well I know some old world war two former commandos who Id still not want to fight ,

it is a mistake of the young to believe that the mature or old cannot be dangerous

'Tis better playing with a lion's whelp Than with an old one dying. MARK ANTONY

well the plot looks ropey but all rambo films are a bit like that

I have to agree with BraveSirRubin. I laughed inappropriately four times during the 3 minute trailer. The movie will be a MST3K laugh riot.

I don't believe Stalone got the financing to make this garbage.

    Only four times?
I don't think I stopped laughing after the first minute.
This is going to rank up there with Commando, The Exterminator, and McBain.

He should've quit while he was ahead with, 'Rocky Balboa'. This will shame his legacy, for sure.

the difference is that that was a KIDS movie and also a giant success.

With Rambo he's tampering with one of his signature movies and possible ruining it completely by dragging it on too long and in the wrong way. When people remember Rocky now, there last memory of Rocky will be a good one. The same probably wont be said about ol' John Rambo.

Rocky > Rambo, I agree, but for the time period it was made in, Rambo wasn't that bad.
