Joe Biden Second Term?

A very transparent attempt to smear Biden by Special counsel Robert Hur, at least to those of us with half a brain.
Hur, a Trump appointee, was unable to prosecute Biden because, well, there was no reason to do so; so he then went into smear mode by making totally idiotic statements like, “Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” Really? Then why didn't you prosecute him?
Well, because it “does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”
In other words there is no there there, his first statement is meaningless.

Then he goes into full attack mode claiming that Biden is an "elderly man with a poor memory" who a jury would view sympathetically. That's a legal argument?
Why does he have a poor memory? He didn't remember the beginning or ending date of his Vice Presidency.
I don't remember the beginning date or the year I retired from my professional job. Especially my retirement date. I couldn't remember within five years the date I retired.

Then he couldn't remember when his son Beau died. Big deal. I can't remember when my mother and father died or my brother in law, or....one of my sons, or any number of other people I knew.

But the biggest tell that Hur was pissed that he couldn't prosecute Biden and was therefore attempting to damage him as much as possible in the eyes of the public was...why did he bring all this up to begin with?
What does any of this have to do with committing a crime?

Nothing.

Clearly Hur's only reason to even take this case was to damage Biden any way he could, not to find the truth. As he couldn't do that legally he resorted to personal attacks. HE should be disbarred.

 

If you pay any attention at all you know that Biden immediately gave up the documents when they were discovered....by his own lawyers no less. They reported the findings the same day they were found to the National Archives and Records Administration and they were delivered the next day.

Biden then consented to an FBI search of the Penn Biden Center and his Wilmington’s and Rehoboth Beach homes. They found something like 21 documents including hand written personal notes, a few were classified..not boxes and boxes of records, 300 of which were classified and some TOP SECRET.
Trump had 33 boxes of 11,000 documents.

Trump's documents were reported to the National Archives and Records Administration in December 2021 by a disgruntled aide.
A month later 15 boxes were surrendered. The others were moved and hidden by Trump to obstruct justice. He lied about the documents and directed his lawyers to lie about them.
He shared information from the documents to people who had no security clearance and stored many of them in an unlocked bathroom accessible to “tens of thousands of members and guests” at Mar Largo.

Further Trump claimed he used "mind control" to declassify the documents. Mind control.

He ignored subpoenas and ordered the documents to be destroyed, a crime in itself.
On and on.
31 counts of willful retention, 1 count of false statements and representations, 1 count of conspiracy to obstruct justice, 1 count of withholding a document or record, 1 count of corruptly concealing a document, 1 count of concealing a document in a federal investigation and 1 count of a scheme to conceal.
