Anyone had any luck yet? Had a look down at Devils Hole a week ago but didn't find any. Plenty of other fungus about though.

 

Anyone any luck with wavys?? been out 2 weekends in a row with hardly any. Maybe am not looking hard enough

where are you looking? better to get off at sorrel point sometimes and walk from there

 

I've walked from devils hole to sorel point and back a few times, I'm going to go up in the morning. I'm not sure I'm even looking in the right places or if it's just not up yet. Message me your WhatsApp or Facebook if your keen

I think I found some, caramel cap, white stem, bruises blue, caps are a little wavy

 

Where'd you find them? Haven't been this year but saw a lot of people had bad luck with them the last few years like myself. Hoping to go before the ground frost comes in or will it be too late now?

 

In redhouses outside someones garden, I picked a few to identify, left the rest to mature a bit because most hadn't opened yet.went back two days later and the whole flush was picked :').. I'm new to the island so this is my first season and I'm new to foraging but if you wanna go hunting with a beginner lmk

 

Also I don't think it's too late, temp has only really dropped in the past week or two so it's prime time I'm hoping

 

I've found a 4 cyanescens this week, been hunting the last 3 weekends with no luck, think there only just starting to pop up now after all the rain

 

Yoo where abouts? I was up at devils hole this morning and found absolutely nothing.

 

Around plemont area, still don't think it's cold enough yet, old couple popping up but not many. Tried devils hole myself last few weekends no luck either
