I have everything i need to workout at home...i wouldnt drink all that water then drive 20 mins to the gym lol...after i drink it i work out, and i usually sweat it right out.

 

oh by the way it's suddenly got really cold here so I'm sitting typing in my hat and coat :freezing:

 

first time ever that i finished a bottle of wine in my life was just a couple weeks ago....my moms home made wine from one of those you-brew stores...

holy fuck....knocked me right on my ass...i had to fall asleep sitting up to stop from spinning out

gran marnier is a different story...i can drink that stuff all day long and love it

 

Ya know, its been 2 and a half years and i still can't get used to people talking about my dad in the past tense...

Feeling rather melancholy today...

Also, I'm really looking forward to be gone from this job so I can get back to talking about something else than how much of a hard time I am having with my work situation. I am constantly anxious, and it takes me hours to wind down when I get home at night. this is fucked.

I have this problem a lot if i get off work at 9pm ish as i go home and my mental energy is on damn speed, its hard to sleep good...Ive been reading more to try and fix this problem.

i haven't been sleeping good consistantly for awhile, i think its cause of work...

 

do you drink coffee while at work?
