We are back below freezing here but at least we are starting off again with no snow or ice on the ground. :freezing:

 

I'm up at the crack of dawn, just like normal people, cuz I need to pick up my upgraded laptop between 8 and 9 AM. I can still taste the wine from last night. There's fresh snow all over everywhere. It's a stinkin winter wonderland. If I had any sense at all and the courage of my convictions I would have slit my wrists instead of going to work. Sometimes it seems I can't do ANYTHING right...

I'm actually pretty surprised at how well you seem to handle your alcohol. If I would drink a bottle and a half of wine and then have to be up for a full day 5 hours later, I would probably call in sick and have a killer headache all day.

 

Yeah well...handling alcohol this well is not necessarily such a good thing...

Anyway I'm actually in an altered state of consciousness right now, so maybe I'm not handling it THAT well.

 

Hahaha I hope for you it's not one of those days where you wake up and say ''man this isn't too bad, I don't feel hung over at all'', and then later realize it's because you were still drunk, and when you start sobering up, that's when the killer hangover starts...

Nope, it's one of those days where I wake up telling myself, "You are a fool," and then pour coffee down my gullet until my eyes stay open, then get dressed and drive to the train station telling myself, "What a dweeb," and in my mind Deanna says, "Mmhmm."

 

I boil the water to kill any germs. I have never gotten sick. It just helps me sweat easier in winter.
