    anyone read either of these?
    I read jane eyre.... long.. but good, I think her life was pointless lol there was a staleness to the whole thing.

    I thought so too, but then what about Emily Bronte, isnt that charlotte's sister?
    jane didnt have a sister.

    Yea but the character could still be based on her. Not every detail of her life has to be the same.

    true then. But jane's lonliness/solitude/singleness a huge point of the book?
