I think she is a strong woman with a lot to offer. Her movies aren't always the best but she's always been outspoken and an advocate for women's equality. She's a great role model for any girl from any background!

I had no idea who Jamie Lee Curtis was but when I saw the pics in this thread I recall the movie A fish called wanda. Of course John Cleese steals the show there but she was not bad at all neither. Not sure she was a role model there though

I always liked her. Probably just the victim of vicious rumors since she doesn't look like the typical cookie-cutter Hollywood type. She does have a masculine cut to her jaw though.

 

Jamie Lee Curtis does an enormous shit-ton of charity and other types of work for kids. She is also a rather popular children's book author. So given all that she has/does accomplish off screen, I would agree with that she is a good role model.

All that aside I've always had a raging stiffy for Jamie Lee going back to her debut in Halloween.

 

Lately she's been advocating for women's rights. She was on The Talk last Monday when they did the "no makeup" episode.
