I'm quite interested in the outcome myself! :D I will be sure to keep you updated...

Well, I wouldn't be so quick to say whatever I want... What I want to do is quit my job and travel, but knowing my luck... I'd quit my job, then the next day find out she's pregnant and I need money! :p

And that is true... the hunger combined with sickness is just odd, the only thing that makes me think she might be...

If you're pregnant do you get really exhauted and tired too? Because lately she's always tired...

Well, I'm spending the day with her tomorrow, I will examine her from afar like a wildebeest, and use my newly gained knowledge to determine what is going on inside of her... uterous?

Yes You Do, But Not After A Few Days, As I Said In A Previous Post,

It Takes Weeks If Not Months...:).

If She Misses Her Period This Week, That Could Also Be Caused By

Excessive Stress, Give It A Few More Days Then Go To Your Chemist

And Buy A "Home Pregnancy Test Kit", That Should Tell You What

    You Want To Know...:).

    Cheers Glen.

OH. MY. GOD. You have just described literally all the physical symptoms a woman most usually has when they are pregnant, and "we" didn't even mention (tell you lol) about being tired.

ALL I wanted to do, after I got my saltines and ginger ale down and got over my "morning sickness" - which can be anytime of the day or night was nap and/or eat. Many women do have it in the morning (I did just sometime), but others (like me) may feel that "morning sickness" any of the 24. :D fun times, that. BUT...then I wanted to take a nap like ALL the time...but to just lie on the sofa and eat after getting over the nausea was preferable to anything. ;)

And knowing that baby (I knew all along I was growing a boy...before the age of everybody gets an ultrasound) was in there growing was one of the finest times of my life. :sunny:

its the hunger thats rubbing be wrong too. i just dont see it as being such an easy one for a stressed mind to duplicate. but stress for any reason is no good, if shes stressed worrying or over school its going to strain your relationship. if shes stressed and pregnant it could hurt the baby's development.

so- reduce her stress. make her (or take her to) a nice dinner. subtle ways of showing that you want to take care of her. i think your initial goals should be better employment, and finding an apartment.

i do make an effort to be right, or at least correct. if i do not know, or if it is an opinion, or a hunch, i will usually say so. we should all strive to say what we mean, to have the evidence to back up our positions, to use logic and speak with conviction. to be observant, and have great skills of interpretation.
i can not abide not knowing. i can not sit idle, quiet, or indifferent, when i know or might discover something that can help a situation. our brains are built to be inventive, to regurgitate information at the needed time, but if your brain is empty there will be nothing there when you need it.

    ....

But I heard that if you think you're pregnant, and keep stressing over it, your body will act as if its actually pregnant? So like, you miss your period, get a lot of the symptoms, etc...

Could that not be it? Plus stress ontop of it too making it worse?

I think right now, its like 50/50...

But like glen said, I guess we'll just wait a few days, if she misses her period, wait about a week, and if still nothing happens... then get a test, and then i can worry :D and get those vitamins and stuff...

I main fear is telling her parents lol... I can deal with my parents, but hers? That would be so weird..

imagine, if you will, a small child clinging to your leg. not so big a deal at first, but wears on you, drags on you. it is hungry, always hungry, always growing. it is slowing you down. it takes, takes takes and drains you. it takes your blood, your nutrients that YOUR body needs, it takes your fluids, and adds pressure on your bones.

Glen- not all women are the same. maybe in your experience women dont experience anything for months, but my personal "my body, my uterus, my hormones" experience was full-on from early on. well before my period was late.

    ^ Agree 1000%.

I also experienced ALL of that (as I already said) within 2 weeks and probably really 1 to 1 1/2 weeks "in"..."well before my period was late."

FFS Girls, Lets Get Real Here, At This Point And For

Some Time To Come, All That Is Happening Is A Sperm Penetrating An Egg,

The Whole Body Does Not React To Such A Minor Event.

Tis Much Later "Shit Gets Real"...:)

guys just dont want to know, lol.

being the owner of a penis must be so easy. feels good when you rub it, makes a little mess when it gets excited, but no big deal. imagine if you had to wear a diaper for a week because you had jizz leaking with no associated rubbing or pleasure.
and then maybe try not to act like talking about it is so terribly gross. its not even regular blood, its lining. its like a garden bed waiting to accept YOUR seeds. we are stuck with it. we have 10-12 years just fine, and then if we are lucky we live long enough to see the far side of menopause. all those years in between we are locked in a hormonal battle with ourselves.

so just be grateful you have a penis. and dont make me tell you a real horror story on this topic. mmkay?

all you gotta do is ask the internet. egg implants within 3 days, certainly within 5. are you telling me you wouldnt notice a blood-sucking leech?

are we resorting to name calling now?

Every woman is different. However, there are certain similarities that all women will experience in a "normal" pregnancy.

According to the woman, her body and her sensitivity to her body, and what she knows is happening, or isn't happening is different for each woman. HOWEVER and that being said...

SOME WOMEN DO, INDEEDY, EXPERIENCE THE SYMPTOMS OF PREGNANCY WITHIN 1 WEEK AFTER BEING FERTILIZED. In varying degrees and some not at all for several months...but experiencing the physical symptoms of being pregnant is not unheard of when one is as early as 1 week pregnant.

A Sperm Penetrating An Egg Has To Be Viewed Under A Very Powerfull

Microscope, As I Have Said At Least Three Times Before, The Effects

Are Not Felt For Weeks If Not Months.

Symptoms Under That Time Line Are Clearly In The Woman's Mind,

    Not In Her Body...:)

i am sure that when you conceive and successfully bear a child you will write the definitive work on what it feels like.

at this rate i feel that the next thing you will tell me is that a womans body has ways to "shut that whole thing down." and that is the last i will say to you about it.

    So far, so good....

Right here...you are explaining only what they teach in the 8th grade, is it? If not 7th grade now? Biology of the average woman.

Clearly you are grasping what happens on the surface of an average woman's body.

What if this woman isn't average? I wasn't.
    Apparently ML wasn't.

That's all. Ortus seems concerned, to put it mildly...lol...that his gf just may not be average either...or so it seems to me. :)
