its going insanely slow for me, just this site... weird..

finished working out, quickly whipped up a protein shake and started to chug it, nearly killed me lol... it was insanely thick like glue, wtf? I made it the same way i make it every single time, its never thick at all..

re-made it the exact same way, and now its normal again... what the hell... how is that even possible? Its not like i could have messed it up, its a simple process... pour water, add protein... i even use measuring cups so its not like it was diff amounts ahwell..

itsa special occasions only visit.....out to dinner with family type place

 

ptsd tremors. cant discuss it, but its getting worse. 930 I shouldnt even be up but the shit just dont quit. i cant take it anymore.. i just never want to wake up again.. i cant wake up like this anymore. its to much for me.. nauseated vomiting feeling, headache. I thought those antibiotics would make better, but they are not. I just feel so trapped and surrounded , I just want it to stop ...
