I don't know what to do, I won tickets last night to a secret gig thing last night like we had less then 24hrs to find a sitter.

Can't find anybody, now I won these tix for the hubby, it was for him. He doesn't want to go with out me and he says I should go alone.

But I would feel so guilty going without him but then I have these tix that would seem such a waste.

 

Tell him to get his ass to the concert...


but forget to give him the tickets.

 

Who looks after the kids then?


I want him to go but the ticket is ion my name only too so can't just give him tickets and tell him go.......

But I feel like if I don't go was a wasted opportunity

this sounds like the Gomer pyle gets a football ticket pass, then invites Sgt Carter. When they get to the game, only one pass is there and the gate dude wouldnt let Pyle give it to Carter. So Carter bought a ticket and just as he was getting in, Pyle come out with the pass. Then they get on the bench, and Carter is knocked out by a play that comes into the players bench. So all these people here in Quebec, and especially in Montreal, have been protesting over the planned tuition increases for the next five years.

I'm all for lower tuition fees, and access to schooling for all. I'm definitely not for police brutality in any way, shape or form, but when you start tossing shit at police officers and being violent then I don't know why you would expect anything other than for them to retaliate - I definitely don't know why you would expect anyone to take your message seriously when your protests always end up in violence and the intervention of police.

yeah,, shits all gone now. bout time I woke up.. but ima go back to sleep first.

 

first, it warmed up above freezing yesterday.... then the wind started blowing... about the time we went to bed last night, it had started to rain.

Altogether, in the last 24 hours we have had at least 2 feet of snow melt... maybe a little more then that.

It is supposed to go below freezing again today, but tomorrow and the next week, looks like its all above...

 

man nothing but 35-60*F from here on out by the looks of it... outlook says 70 for next tuesday
