Kayla it would be more hurtful to your sister if you kept quiet and she was the next victim of this man, please tell your mom what is going on.

 

You need to go to the police NOW. And tell your Mom. By being quiet and running away from you are doing worse. He could go after your sister, or another young girl.

I am so serious!!!! You need to go to the police and get him put in jail. This is not something that should be taken lightly!

Dont give in to him, and lock your room, and put a chair behind the door. If he knocks say your tired.

And he is basically pussy-footing his way into child molestation,i think you may be the frist and only one but that also why i want to know how old is your sister? should she worry aobut being a target too?, becasue he will most likely go after her also.

I'm kind of surpised by how slow he is going but i guessing like i said before he is coward which is a good thing slow down he track to rapeing you or maybe he won't just demand sex more, evidence is always good, and though the idea that outsiders are giving them adive would be quite destructive but i'm in this one so you should know after you have enouph evidence and defintly if he rapes you can have him locked up and sued before you graduate so you don't have to keep going thorugh that. Of course you should research the laws know what ways to sue him for money and how to charge him from crimes and make sure he locked away from you.

NOt to scare you and i'm not saying don't gather evidence but you might want to have someone way to protect yourselve (like mace or some small weapon) because if he catches a camera or tape recorder he might get preety desperate or homicidal

Also it was good to speak out to a community of people it hopefully give you courage knowing someone got your back, because at least I do; frist step to being free

techinally your a minor and so if you left your mom has legal custody so she could have the police take you back but you would being doing a crime, unless you resisted arrest but it would't mark your record but they could force you out of that home you have to then be in situation where you best bet would be takeing those charges on your step-dad, sry i just noticed i'm not familar with all of those laws but that a best bet

 

Here's the reality, no amount of money, comfort, or material wealth your mother enjoys is worth your health, dignety and self respect. Nothing is worth giving up those things.

I would move out, call the cops, or contact social services. You and your sister need to be in a safe place, and if your mother continues to live in denial, that is her choice. But it seems you are the only one who can defend yourself, and honestly getting yourself and your sis out of there is needed. he fingered you, he'll finger her, if he has not already.

i know he hasnt done ANYTHING to my sis, bc she would have told! My step dad knows she cant keep her mouth shut about nething! so i know he wouldnt have done nething to her!! cause if he did, i would have already told cause thats my sister!! and shes 15... but yes i do trust the ppl im going to live with! My friend ive known her since i was like 5 and shes married now and her husband is a sweetheart! even tho shes only 18 and hes 20 i do trust them!

But i also know my mother has been in this situation before with her step dad.. shes told me SUM stories about her child hood or ive heard them over a tape that i found yrs ago.... so i know mom knows a lil bit of wat im going thro... but i really do think itd be best if i stay gone from her for awhile...bc i cant face her to this stuff again...and i know its gonna break her heart and my sisters heart.. so i really dont want to be around them nemore... i dont think i could live with myself knowing i did that...

 

very well. The only reason i asked is because I've known people who were in similar situations to you who moved in with a friend and things became worse. I'm glad to hear it's someone you've known for a long time

Well thanks to all of you guys! It really did help me.. but tonight is the night when im leaving! So ill be staying with sum friends.. and yea im freakin terrified as all!!! this is the only way i know how to get out of this situation.. ughh i hate it.. but i know wat i have to do.... If i can ill keep posting and let you guys know wats going on... hopefully things will work out.. but i dont see how it can when sooo many hearts are going to be broken.. not only my mom, but the rest of ALLLLLLLLL of my family, and allllllllllll of jeffs family! Not to mention he runs his own buniessis...ughh this is screwing up everything!!!

but yea.. i pray that things work out.. everyone please pray.. i have a feeling my life is going to be a living hell for a longggg time!!!!!!!!!

You NEED to tell someone who will listen. A counselor at school would be good.
My wife was molested by her stepdad from the age of three on. Her mom one day read her journal and kicked him out, even though she had told her before and she didn't believe her. But, a while later she went over to his house to pick up her younger brothers, and they weren't there, and he raped her, she got pregnant and had an abortion (at age 14). She is now 31 and only in the past year or two has she truly begun to get over the abuse.
Please get help before this happens to you. It will happen if you don't get help, your stepdad is sick and CANNOT be trusted or control himself. Don't worry about his business, he is a sick fuck and needs to be taken out of society or he will ruin other lives as well.

 

First of all, you MUST know that this is not your fault. He's a sick guy and you should NOT blame yourself. Get evidence of what he is doing, show it to your mother and sue him. You will get enough money to buy a new house with pool and everything! And you must also remember that not all guys are like him!

 

Well its been like 3 days almost 4 since i ran away...and mom found the letter and she turned it in.. and need i say.. these last days have been aweful!!! ive had to tell my story to ppl like 2 times... n each time was painful and i couldnt stop crying..now im all out of tears..but im goin to court monday to talk to the judge in front of my step dad... which idk how imma make it thro! but.. i gotta be strong for everyones sake.. but mom let me stay with my friends for the past night and ive been sick just thinkng about everything and just not knowing wat was gonna happen.. but i have to move on... its just hard..but oh well!!

yes em! im kinda proud of myself.. but i know everything is changing sooo fast!! n im not sure wat to expect next! but thro out this whole process.. i found wat kind of cop i wanted to be.. which would be the crime thing.. gahh i forgot wat they were called... but they talk to the ppl who have been molested, raped, beaten..nething and go get the bad guy!!! so yea..

n my mom me and sis are all kinda on the edge of our sets cause just cause we have that paper saying he has to stay 1000 ft away isnt goin to pertect us if he breaks in the house with a weapon...so yea.. kinda scared still..
