Just make sure that everyone in the entire world knows he is a nark. As has been well stated by several folks, violence is a dumb move. However, I would make it a project that no one every sold to him, or smoked with him. Let him live out his life with the "good" people and see how he likes that.

(my brother was a coke head, been in jail his whole life for violating probation 6 times now, my friend died of a heroin addiction, ive been expelled from a school for severely beating someone, etc, it goes on and on)... and im perfectly sane and kickin.... yall should just suck it up cuz lemme tell you... I'm kind of sick of you saying that. You say that every time someone here gets screwed. Sometimes I agree (like that idiot who fronted 500 bucks for the 2 oz) but you know, this asshole needs to learn it's not fucking cool to nark on his friends. Yeah, I always say chalk it up to experience. Most people would rather take their loss than spend years in prison. Who the fuck are you, Charles Bronson, or some avenging angel? Assaulting someone for testifying about a crime--that should net you a few years in prison.
While you're in prison getting fucked up the ass, your girlfriend will be spreading it for someone else. Maybe that sounds like a good deal to you but not to most men.

Here' a news flash--smoking/dealing pot is a crime. There is a saying you should memorize--Don't Do The Crime If You Can't Do the Time.

Oh yes, and the court convicts you of assault based on "well it makes sense he did it because this dud grassed on him". Don't talk to me as though I'm dumb, read what I put again, "proof" is the key word. They can suspect all they won't - no doubt they will. But without evidence all they got is a theory that you did it.

 

I don't know what kind of place you come from, but the school I went to had fights all the time and no one called the cops or got hauled off to jail. Minors don't go to jail for a stupid fight, ya know? Even if the police are called, you might get probation or something dumb like that. Happened to my cousin, and it didn't even go on his record. Years in prison...you're making this sound way worse than it would be, unless they nearly beat the kid to death. A little fist fight won't land anyone in jail.

And what are you talking about, "testifying about a crime." He wasn't in court, he was in the principal's office. The police haven't even been involved so far, if I read correctly.

Anyways, I'm not saying they have to get violent, that's only one way. A creative person could think of others. There has to be some kind of confrontation to let that narc know what's up. Doesn't have to be violent, in fact, it'd be better that it wasn't.

 

No one was talking about a fist-fight, they were talking about a planned attack on someone who was questioned by authorities and answered them.
So let's see, a kid rats out, gets beat up, and the person he ratted on can't account for his time.
And that doesn't even bring eyewitnesess and forensics and the testimony of the kid himself on what went down into the equasion.

Bottom line--when faced with a choice between telling yourself "I fucked up I learned my lesson and will be more careful from now on" and spending time in prison, choose the former.

At the very least, the OP would be expelled.

Alot of kids at my school smoke and I really like the idea of giving him a nickname. "Narc" is okay, but I'm gonna try to simply make it "faggot" becuase the kid was a very new stoner and could easily give up bud if he wanted and telling everyone not to deal to him would be useless becuase were all getting drug tested for the next year and a half anyways. Plus, being called faggot everyday really takes its toll on a weak kid.

I didn't mention that mike was actually captain of the acedemic bowl team(no joke) and is currently studying to be a national merit semi-finalist. He did smoke bud, but he certainly didn't deserve this at all. I also got a hold of him today and he's really calmed down. He's basically grounded for the rest of the school year, but he'll be alright.

I think he narcs punishment is gonna be random acts of violence (random strikes to the balls, stomich, and of course hundreds and hundreds of bitch slaps), not from us but from alot of pissed off students, and constant emotional abuse via name calling and social ostracization. So basically I'm taking a three-pronged approach to his punishment, lol, and hopefully he'll regret his decision for the rest of his time at the school, perhaps even decide to leave the school altogether.

Oh yea, and whoever was talkin about their borther being a cokehead and violation of probation 6 times and someone dieing of a heroin over dose, you and yours are just a bunch of irresponsible, drug-addict, dumbasses that destroy the idea of pot ever being leagalized. You deserved to be locked up and without parol so you don't harm society anymore then you already have. If whoever is trying to recover and change their way of life, however, I support your efforts and encourage you to continue your treatment or whatever.

It HAS happened to me, and lots more than once.
Example: Once I was hiking with a group of people and we inadvertantly trespassed on private prop. We were called idiots, liars and very rudely ordered out by a low-life rent a cop, and left.
A few hundred feet down the trail 3 guys decieded to go back and give the rent a cop a piece of their mind. The rest of us continued back to our cars.
An hour later I was sitting at Crown City Brewery enjoying a few cold Mt. Wilson's, and meanwhile the other 3 guys were in jail, cause the rent a cop had called the REAL cops.
I think I made the right choice.

You can escalate the situation and end up worse off, or simply walk away.

Another:
I went into a store, bought a copy of High Times, paid with a $20.00. I put the change in my pocket and a guy behind me stuck his hand in my pocket and took my money.
I yelled "HEY" and looked at the guy. He was in his 20's, 6' 3" or so and in good shape. I'm in my late 50's, 5'9" and haven't been in a fight since the 1970's.
Instantly I decieded it wasn't worth $15.00 for me to wrestle with this guy on the floor of a mini-mart. I let the guy walk off.
Later I returned to the store and the owner gave me $15.00 that the theif had stolen plus another $50.00 for my trouble.
I think I made the right choice again.
