yea, how do you teach yourself to have them? ive had them few times but never by wanting to, always by accident

 

no . you can induce them. but sometimes they just happen. but they are usually much greater when induced. check out "lucid dreams" on google and youre gonna find a bunch of meditation and practices to learn how to do it...

 

i've tried to astal project plenty of times and i always just end up falling into a restless sleep where i'm half awake. i think i'm hopeless but i still try, cause it just sounds like an amazing thing to experience.

but it's so weird cause last night i had a dream about weed and salvia haha. i think i was reading too much of this thread
