It has nothing to do with appreciation.. if you don't like something, then you don't do it. If it's something that you don't want to do, and you can get away with not doing it, then you don't do it.. there is probably an underlying reason that nobody really knows about that would make her uncomfortable in that situation so she won't do it. Who knows, and who cares, honestly.. not getting a blowjob shouldn't be a deal breaker and it shouldn't be a necessity.
