I just recommended a random book I just finished reading, to my twin sister, only to tell me that she literally bought that same exact book from the bookstore yesterday.
Sorry for the crappy quality of picture. I took a picture of a Polaroid, which is why it is slightly blurry. Anyway, this is my sister and I at her wedding. Another funny thing - she got married in the fall, on the same day daylight savings time landed on, and we had to move our clocks back. I got married in the spring, on the same day daylight savings landed on, and we had to move our clocks ahead. This was entirely coincidental.
Yes!; however, they told their mom that they want to be in different classes next year (4th Grade) because they are tired of sharing friends. I'm not really sure if that's going to happen or not.
I can related to that. My sister and I shared friends all through high school. It drove me crazy. I was much more outgoing than she was, and made friends quite easily, whereas she did not. Add that to having to share a room with her for most of our school years. There was definitely some pent up animosity and annoyance over this. I was actually quite mean to her, many times. She got even with me when we were in are 20's and she started to come into her own, and was then very mean to me. My advice to anyone with twins, is to make sure they have their own space, own activities, own identity, apart from being a twin. For a long, long time, people saw us as one person, and not two separate individuals with separate personalities.
I've always heard that so now that the triplets have given their cue I guess it's time to let them spread out a little bit. I'll give my daughter in law your advice.
You could have fooled me! Of course, people think the triplets are identical when really they are a pair of twins and a singleton.
