I get to do garbage runs tomorrow for work. I have not done that in a long time.

i actually used to run a sausage stuffing machine at a processing/manufacturing plant...



the machine was big..it would hold around a 1000 lbs of meat at a time

 

I like the meat I buy. The store I go to is local product. Then I go home and make them myself.

I only buy my meat at one place where I live. Produce depends what im getting at different stores. Same with everything really.. I wont buy seafood in the stores.. I have connections and know a local buyer also...

My biggest problem is bread.. and hot sauce... super expensive..
