So what are we doing indoors, in front of the computer, on a SATURDAY?

Actually, it might not be a beautiful day where you are, but here it is extremely hot and humid. So hot and humid that I am keeping the windows closed and the shades down.

Seriously, though... what did you guys do already today, or what are you planning on doing? How is the weather where you are?

I have really been procrastinating this afternoon. I got up around 7 and went to the public market, bought some meat, fruits and vegetables, got depressed over all the hot women I saw in sun dresses, then came back home before going to the gym for an hour. I got back, did about 400 pushups and 100 curls in an hour, then ate some lunch.

Right now I am planning on going for a jog on the canal path to get some sun and about an hour's worth of cardio, but I am trying to build up some motivation to stop wasting time and get off the computer.

Some of us spend way too much time here. So what is your excuse?

The sky is grey here, not so warm at all. And I have a good oldfashioned beer hangover so I go out to get some greasy food in a few minutes! Yesterday I sat outside in the grass for a couple of hours even though it wasn't that 'summery' at all. Why not get some sun like that by the way? Sounds like you already did an hour worth of cardio to me :p Just wondering ;) (sounds like a good day over there to chill in the grass to me!)

It's absolutely gorgeous here, but then again it is most days. 83*, 68% humidity, cool breeze coming off the ocean. I was out back for awhile with my dogs just lounging around, but I have been super lazy today so far. I'm about to go get some lunch and go to the beach.

Oh... I am chilling ON the grass right now, depending on your definition of grass.

It's been raining here all day. Actually, it's been raining for like three days now.
No school, nothing to study atm, I wanted to go do something but yeah....rain.
So basically, I cleaned the whole apartment, bf's working, roommate's gone home for the weekend, so I wasted a lot of time on HF.

I did actually mean the grass the cows you eat fed on :p but when we were sitting in the park yesterday we were 'chilling on the grass' in more than one way too haha :p

I just got back from the grocery store. It's been raining on and off for awhile. I wanted to go for a drive to look at a house I'm interested in buying here in a bit. Later tonight I'm going to a Black Crowes concert outdoors. I guess I won't be indoors all day.

Nope, I don't have a good portable music system and don't like headphones/earplugs. Also had some friends over later that day that were tired of my roots music after about half an hour :D Ah well, can't expect them to indulge in every kind of music to the same extend as me :p I already got them into english 70's folk rock and some other stuff they weren't into before. I do like to chill with both Prince Far I's rasta chants and dubs a lot though, even though I am not religious at all I can dig what he has to say (and how he brings it) a lot :)

Beautiful day here, sunny 70's...just killing some time before I head off for a round of golf at the University of Montana golf course.

Here's looking down the 3rd hole from its elevated tee-box, a short 512 yd par 5.There's a little pond guarding the green to the right.
A good drive down the left will leave you a long iron or hybred to the green and if you're lucky, the best look at an eagle putt any amateur will see on this course.

^I've always wanted to visit Montana. It looks beautiful.

Its beautiful here today, a little too humid for my taste but that is to be expected. But I'm at work :( If the weather is nice tomorrow I'm going on a hike.

    Good question.

My lumberjack took the car to go do "redneck things" with his buddies and my brother-in-law. They took off (without me, I'm a little bummed whenever I miss out on the fun) to go fishing, skeet shooting and four-wheeling.

I wrapped a present for a friend, made some pasta salad, caught up on a bit of paperwork and cleaned out the storage room. I found knitting needles that I needed but I've made a note of the kind of wool I need to pick up today. I checked my plants that I planted from seed and there seems to be lots and lots of sprouts. I'm growing green onions, basil, cherry tomatoes, geraniums, hostas and a bunch of wildflowers on my balcony. Then I picked up the bedroom and now I'm majorly procrastinating.

In my defense, it sort of looks like it could possibly rain. I guess I'll go now before it starts.

I have a rent cheque to drop off, then I'll walk to the store to pick up some wool and on my way back I'll stop off at the bank and get some cash.

I might walk to get a falafel for dinner.

This is what I thought this thread would be about... such a disappointment, PR. :(

Today should be the hottest day of the year so far, out here in sunny California.

So I'm just hangin' out inside or am I inside out?

Was going to get some potting soil and some big pots for pot, but I can wait a few more days until they're sexed... ;)

    Well said :)

    so far i've
taken my morning coffee up to a friends to hang on her porch and rap
    went to the store
did load of laundry and ate
talked with neighbors about their construction/saturday/bbq/hangout party tonight.

presently: ditching the heat and humidity outside and working on a buzz.

Always good to stop and smell the roses PR, thanks !

As I was about to go to the beach, a storm rolled in. So I opened a beer. Good thing about the subtropics is it will be sunny again in about 30 min.
