Sister wrote me a message that my nieces dad tested positive for Covid he has symptoms they spent the week at his house this last weekend I was just at my sisters house yesterday visiting them I need prayers please I have chronic respiratory failure if I get sick my doctor said I will get very sick faster than a normal person

 

I'm hoping you'll be okay and don't get it Jen. My girlfriend had COPD so I know how getting sick and a respiratory illness goes.

Jen - do not despair - there is hope. I know an overweight, diabetic, copd patient who tested positive and he came through fine. He never really go sick but said he felt like hell for a while. He is also in his mid-seventies so the deck was clearly stacked against him.

My sever scoliosis collapsed both my lower lungs I had these collapsed lungs since I was a kid found out 2 years ago was sick for days cousin finally convinced me too let him bring me in my oxygen was at 79 when I got there couldn’t figure it out did CT and found out I have chronic respiratory failure my lungs will never heal

 

I don't understand, you had since a kid but just found out 2 yrs ago...so the antioxidants won't help at all...ummm

My grandson has scolosis and a friend's daughter does too...many deal with this condition.

yes I was put on oxygen at 25 years old no one knew I had bad lungs for years I complained of being out of breathe I told everyone why am I so out Of breath?I walk 6 miles most days and still I would be gasping even when I lost allot of weight still couldn’t catch my breathe I got so sick finally went into ER all my docs could not believe no figured it out well if you know someone with scoliosis please have them get there lungs checked out please

Well, Jennifer you do have an Immune System and I was suggesting to make it stronger just in case you are hit with the virus .... I deal with a nasty bunch of OA but my immune system is strong and I Breath good due to what I take....all these help to increase oxygen ... Do some research on what I mentioned and oxygen support.
