I voted for legalization in honor of my brother Tyrsonswood who always said he would be dead before Ohio came around to allowing recreational use. Since he died May 1st of this year he was correct in that but I think he would have loved that the people of Ohio voted yes to this change.

The Feds need to wake up to the will of the AMerican people on many fronts, not just legal cannabis. We have a system in place that makes decisions based on greed and class warfare. Not a good mix. But I am seriously happy for Ohio going legal, sorry Tyrsonwood didn't make it to this time.
The voters of Ohio voted to allow recreational use as of today. The Ohio Legislature is voting to change the laws and put restrictions on what the people of Ohio wanted.
