my rabbits would go back to their cages to piss, but they would shit wherever they wanted.

I only have one left, but he is old and started peeing in random places now so he spends most of his days in the cage. when it is nice out I might take him outside on a leash for some exercise, if I can deal with being one of those people.

 

I should probably try and coax the stupid no name cat out of the barn today.....

 

rabbits are lagomorphs. they eat their poop (one kind, they make 2 kinds of poop) and their poop can be used directly in the garden (doesnt need to age, wont burn plants)
they chew wood and wires. the house rabbit society believes all rabbits should wander your house freely, destroying things. they also make a huge effort to shut down those who raise rabbits for meat.
rabbit is delicious. and they dont particularly care for carrots. apples get better attention, but not too much or they can get sick.

kid woke up with a bloody nose today. like, horror movie. we got it stopped. he is sounding a lot better. i need to do (big surprise) dishes, and laundry. if i can get these things under control i can tackle my craft mess. which is about 7 x 9 feet in one end of the bedroom. and some stuff in the garage. ugh. if i can get to a project, it will be a repurposed denim knitting/ crochet bag. makes good use of pockets and loops.

I got a haircut this morning. I told my stylist about breaking up with my gf and how I was doing all this online dating. He told me about two sites I hadn't heard about. He said I should get on Facebook and I would get laid by former girlfriends. And then he showed me on his phone how to get an escort for an hour for $200 and then he showed me how to get someone to come over and give me a rub for $100. He showed me photos of several of them that he could personally recommend. I'm so lucky to have a heterosexual stylist!

I hope some Dead related band comes back to Colorado. Furthur is on hiatus so as close as we have come is Dark Star Orchestra. Phil has said he's getting too told to tour too much.

But I have been "borrowing" the live video feed of the Phil and Friends shows the last few nights thanks to some kind fans who share.

i went to redrocks to see Flight of the Conchords. its a nifty place, but a real bitch of a walk from the parking lot we were at.

 

I am guessing it will be short. They seem above opening act status. Anytime something dead related comes to Red Rocks it is packed. More of a party outside then inside. A normal sold out show there means there is still a parking spot for you. With the Dead stuff you hike a mile or two from your car unless you are there hours before.
