ive worked for companies that dont give official breaks. But the say: Take a smoke break whenever you want, dont be missing for more that 10mins at a time.

others if you get a break you dont get paid for it. and they get all pissy if you dont take your break and punch out for 15min/ however you only work 5hours.. the USA is a fucked up place to work. its why so many are on the welfare..

 

i.did considerably more cleanup outside today......first pic is the thick fog we had today....boat sounded the fog horn half a dozen times..its very rare and makes people jump in the seats on the ferry on account its loud as fuck

Labor laws must be different state to state.her in MA.they have to give part timers 15 minutes and full timers get 1/2 hour.

Tried the honey in iced coffee,didnt mix well but drank it anyways.then tried it in a hot coffee,mixed well but doesnt seem to be doing anything.

i tried to ask my boss for a break once and he just slapped me and told me to get back to work.

 

thats pretty crazy..

 

we don't work more than 8 hours at a time often but when we do we don't get breaks. i did ask for some food and they let me stop to eat, and i'm able to slip out back for a smoke break when i want.
