My son was 6'2" when he was in the 10th grade...now he's 6'4". Anyway, at your age, he could eat a TON of food and gain nothing! He is 30 now and goes to the gym 4 times a week and the things you talk about as far as exercising remind me of him. He says that to exercise ALL your muscles, which you will look weird and out of proportion if you don't, you should do around 20 different exercises, which mostly is lifting weights in different ways.

It sounds like you do eat good stuff, and FGS eat some pizza, especially if you have already eaten the good stuff.

If I had to make a choice, I would always choose edibles as a pain reliever rather than what Big Pharma would prescribe...because that pharma stuff makes you feel as good as it is bad for you.
