I never really thought about how others interpret them, though. LOLz, I must look like an idiot sometimes when I'm telling a story with my facial expressions.

I use them a lot because I find I use facial expressions a lot. If i do this =p I'm probably sticking my tongue out in real,life as I'm typing or if we were to speak in person I'd of poked a tongue out.

Some people tell me I have a fun way of typing. I find emotion always gets lost in the text so I type exactly how I would say it.. smiley faces and breakages in sentences. All that stuff.

I can see why. When I used to socialise on MSN I had some great emoticons. Some really good cranky cute faces that were adorable and one where a black smiley face was surrounded by the KKK and it was running in circles. Hehe, that was the best that one, so damn cute.

 

i am sensing a difference in culture. i dont think the majority of americans would find that cute.

dont have to see it to know i wouldnt find the humor. i spent some of my growing up in the south.
