I wonder how I'd do if I tried to set up a Christian/Catholic info stall in KSA or Pakistan during Ramadan.

Yeah, i just kinda shrugged at this. They werent hurting anyone. Just ignore them and go about your day if you dont like it, just like I do with Christians who hand out bible tracts when i'm out and about being secular.

If they paid money to rent a booth they have a right to be there, right?

I just really cant find it in me to share your outrage.

I've seen christians do the same things, attend secular events and try to assert their religion where it doesnt belong. But i bet that wouldnt outrage you, even though its the same thing.

 

I Remember A Couple Of Years Back They Had A Stall At A London Street Fair Where They

Were Giving Away Cookies To Fair Goers Including Kids.

The Cookies Were Laced With "Human Excrement".......

Islam stall at a Christmas is just so intrusive and disrespectful.
If it was a Christian stall in a predominatly Muslim area, and during a Muslim holiday, you all would most definitely have a problem with it, and you all know it.
And "Christians do it too, I saw them" type of comments just confirm that.

 

I wouldnt have a problem with that either, i wouldnt care or be outraged

And i dont care if religious people hand out tracts and try to save my soul when i'm just trying to go to a rock concert, or whatever either. So i dunno how that confirms anything

I dont really care what religious people do or dont do as long as theyre not forcing anyone to abide by their beliefs, or killing in the name of their god.

This is a non issue to me so guess i shouldnt even be posting in this thread anyways lol, guess ill leave yall to your outrage

 

hmmm...my church is the earth...I get depressed all of the time seeing what people are doing to it and all of the inhabitants......nothing that is just seasonal. I am always depressed and outraged about it...the other stuff...does not bother me....religious displays all over town here now.....practicing what you want to practice or believe....that is your business....I just don't want anyone knocking on my door with pamphlets or stopping me on the way to somewhere to preach at me...where i have to be put on a spot to graciously think quickly on my feet.....to shake you off.

 

I recall a story about a Muslim neighborhood that didn't want Gay Pride Parade coming through...I don't think I ever learned the outcome of that story.
