alright i have "white bubbles" too and i went to the eye doctor cause i thought i was slowly goin blind and he told me that there called floaters. its like dust and stuff that got caught way back in your retina and when light hits yours eyes and stuff it cast a shadow inside you eye so you see these floaters. so this has nothin to do with acid and it will never go away but its not somthing to worry about at all it wont get worse... i dont think.

what i have herd and this i can say is true based on how ive felt after i took hallucinogens, is that after you take a psychedelic that your mind changes in a way. you think differentlly, like after i did shrooms i noticed. when i was trippin on my third trip, which was way to strong for me at the time and turned in to the worst bad trip ever, i realized i wasnt christian anymore. i was raised that way so i had been like brain washed but after that trip i really relized that the bible doesnt make sense, but i shouldn't get into that people have the biggest arguement over religion. but i think it wont ever go away, its just your mind was really confused when you were trippin and it went to differnt places that a normal persons brain would not go so after the trip your brain may function a little different, this is just my theory.

    ...

I have floaters too Barrett, I learnt about them when I was like 10. They're absolutely not related to HPPD, which is a very real thing.

Ok, the visuals are not giving me that anxiety anymore, they seem to have died down in the past few days. However, I get spikes of this so called DP/DR, I think. All of a sudden I feel tripped out, like I'm in a dream. I feel like I don't know myself and my ego is all fucked up or something... I'm guessing this has to do with HPPD?

Are Complex Coloufull Fractals HPPD? I get them LOADS when tripping. But when sober I just get dark, less complex blurry ones every time I close my eyes.

LSD will leave you with some after effects. the more you do the more the after effect will be. whether or not this after effect is enjoyable is completely up to you. i myself love the after effects - i love to smoke a joint and get all trippy again. that is because i love what LSD does for me.

try meditation and other relaxation techniques.

i think you are paranoid - if you look for things most likely you will find them.... what i mean is that because you are slightly afraid of what the acid has done to you, you are tripping yourself out and seeing more of what you need to get all freaked out.

if you learned to enjoy life and stop looking for signs that you are fucked up you should be ok.

HPPD is a label used to try and define something that narrow minded fools will never understand.

LSD will change who you are - it will open you up in a way that may seem very strange and unreal at first. embrace it and you will be fine.

if you can not seem to find any reason to enjoy what is happening to you i would suggest that you stay away from acid as it will only get worse with every trip.

it would be better for you to find the bright side and not let all this propaganda get you paranoid but if you cant seem to find a way to be positive stay away from acid and your symptoms should go away within the year.

most people are scared of new things so it is not surprising that so many people experience what you describe and label it as HPPD ... the truth is that if you were willing to embrace this heightened state of existence you would benefit from it. the sad thing is that most people will wind up thinking that LSD is "EVIL" and stay away from it. if you choose to feel this way then you are most definitely wrong - but that is a matter of perspective.

if you can somehow find a way to except what is happening to you - you would be better off.

either way - meditation will make your life much easier for the next year - if you can somehow find it in yourself to try something new that none of your friends are doing.

past year my terrapin's cousin done more mushrooms than memory serves, mostly cubies, wavy caps and liberty caps, P. Azuresence 15 or so times, Amanita Muscaria more times than memory cares to remember, same with Amanita Pantherina. Ayahuasca once, smoked straight DMT 9 times. ate unknown quanity of straight molly, pressed pills a few times. San Pedro twice, straight mescal a couple times. 2C-I couple times, DOC maybe twice. Smoked a shitload of Salvia Divinorum. Ketamine once, so hard to find, wheres all the special k at? LSD, lots and lots of it, a lotta shitty stuff, a lotta family acid and a lotta fluff, and a lot of shitty rc's on tabs, acid the eye ball was nuts. half the year smoked trim jays like cigarettes, went about 2 weeks living off alice b. toklas brownies, and typicaly smoke every day,

who really cares if you've tripped more than someone else, I kinda wish I was like others on here that can never find any.

Man I wish we lived in a world where it would be wise to list what drugs you have done on your resume when applying for employment.

Man, i completely understand what youre going through, i felt the exact same way as you do except for the fact that in my case i did feel like i was completley loosing it. Its been 11 months since the last time i took acid and im still not completley well. I hope this doesnt make you feel bad, im just telling you this so you know that it might take a long time for you to fully recover. For me it feels like its been ages. I do feel a lot better now though and with time i really hope i completely recover. My advise: stay AWAY from that shit dude, it is really not worth it. I cant even describe what ive been through, i contemplated suicide to end it (it was that bad) the only thing that kept me from doing so was that i did see (although extremely slow) some progress with time, and that was the only hope i had. Doctors dont know a thing about the subject and no one that i know personally have had the same problem, so it was really frustrating not being able to talk about it with some one else. You'll get through it man, you'll be fine remember that.

    3xi said it well.

In my own experience, the most I did was 9 hits of acid in 1 sitting. I tripped for over 16 hours. I did spurts of acid 3 days in a row, and the last time I tripped was about exactly a month ago. With every day that I don't take acid, I feel more ... "normal." Not to say its a bad thing, not to say its a good thing, it is what it is. I enjoy when I get sudden feelings like I'm on acid, because hell, its like taking the drug without taking the drug.
Since LSD can cause you to think differently - notice details like sounds, words to songs, or small visuals (ridiculous things like the microfibers in carpets) - as such, your brain may have previously gotten used to the "tiny white bubbles" that you always saw, but when you introduced LSD into your head it allowed you to sort of reset. But, this is all theory. And in my experience anyone who has taken acid has all sorts of fun acid theories.
Another brick in the wall? The grass is always greener on the other side? I had a lot of fun talking, but even more fun hearing what you had to say?
