Hickey’s are usually on the side of the neck not under the chin. Btw In Vampire Lore; Hickey’s are considered a form of vampirism because it’s an attempt to bring blood to the surface of the skin.
Could be a hickey. I found hickeys on my wife's breasts and abdomen when she was dating other guys in college. She was careful about avoiding them on her heck but forgot about other areas.
Not a good enough pic to tell. I'd open my mouth like I was trying to swallow a volleyball and latch on for all I was worth like I was trying to make her eyes cross. It you can't see it across the barroom, it ain't a hickey. This was back in the 70's-80's of course, when I was young and crazy. If it sticks out like a wedding dick, THAT'S a hickey!
