I just came across Papaver bracteatum. It is known for having a high content of thebaine. I read about it and I thought it might be worth a try at making some tea out of this plants pods or sap. Is it a good idea and safe? I havnt found anything on anyone dosing on thebaine or this plant.
    Help is much appreciated!

    P.s I know it's a stimulant and it's fine with me

Highly doubtful, it can cause convulsions at high doses!
I think more then anything it would be better to extract and convert the thebaine, which is pretty basic in the realm of o chem. I can give you details on how this would hypothetically be done, but if you have access to the tools you probably have a good idea already!
