They have a Neanderthal appearance with close set beady eyes. That's in opposition to the more modern skull shape of the Liberal non-racist. Don't be fooled, though; some have had reconstructive surgery and forehead hair removal to hide their true identity.

I think they evolved from the Neanderthals who lived in the caves in the area that is now Germany. That would explain the similarities in their ideology and that of the Nazis.
