if you can split an 1/8 and make it last 4 weeks id say keep on smokin mang! You aren't doing anything wrong.
Once a day at night an hour or two before bed. I used to 24/7 for 2 years straight, which was tooo much. Now, an hour or two before bed, a nice bowl of kush puts me to sleep. I've been doing that for three years now, I make an 1/8th last a week (amazingly, i used to smoke a half everyweek).

I guess it may kill it for what it is, a altered perception - and instead make it your actually normal. Plus, imo, all the negative effects experienced from pot may root themselves into your personality, making you really dull and unmotivated for example. And after you stop for a certain reason, life may just seem shit unless your high... That's why there generally needs to be a balance for everything. But do what you want, i am sure you wont die from it, but psychologically - from my viewpoint you will deteriorate, how badly and quickly depends on your personal development, perception and quantities smoked.
^^ I agree completely, except how you say you will deteriorate no matter what. I think it depends mostly on the person whether or not it will really "effect" you that negatively. From my perspective I can think 100% as long as I don't smoke 15 20 times a day.
If you mean you cant kill a dead horse - then yeah , i agree. I think different people - different effects. And the whole negative term is just a personal opinion, surely many view the effects as positives. After all, not everyone has the same expectations. And many changes may even go unnoticed, simply because some don't use those functions anyway.
you gotta have self control. I went to blowing 200 a week on pot to only 65 (sometimes, 85) just by cutting down to one ses a day in the evening. BUT, i can't smoke at work in the day time, it involves talking to to many people (about nothing).
