Richard Burton, Peter Shaffer and Sidney Lumet. It's a trifecta of awesome, even if it does also feature a naked man riding a horse
I indeed liked Water world, which doesn't mean it is anywhere near greatest movie of all time I loved (and still find it a good one) Independance day though. About Pulp fiction: just like Jackie Brown it gets even better over time imo. Unlike movies like Django unchained or Inglorious bastards, which were the most fun the first time, and gets rather old and yes, even lame at certain points when rewatched.
Most summer movies made between 1996 and 2001 were garbage in terms of writing and screenplay. In those years CGI was invented and movie makers invested more on special effects than they did on quality story telling. Pulp Fiction is one of those movies that will be remembered and revisited for a very long time.
