I see Big Mouth listed as child porn on the top pic. I don't know about that. I was shocked when I saw a 12 year olds girls vagina animated on it though. Not only that the vagina talks to her and explains that if she masturbates it will be good. A lot of boys penises shown on that topic too.

I find the show really funny and the vagina scene is part of the story of puberty it tells. Some people don't see the bigger picture I guess and to be fair I'm sure a pedophile has jerked off to that cartoon. I just laughed. Netflix has a lot of HBO style adult stuff.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Big Mouth. IMO, every teenager should be watching it.

So I don't really want to admit that I've watched Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, but we're here. The 'orgy' was one pg-13 scene of teenagers in nighties feeding each other grapes.

Netflix buys and sponsors the creation of a lot of content. I'm sure that the content-acquisition side of the business does or will regret some of its decisions during periods of rapid growth, but the company's survival depends on drawing new subscribers and keeping the old ones. It does that by offering variety, and some of it is a bit edgy. I wouldn't call anything I've seen on Netflix to be pornographic and certainly not child porn, but that's a judgment call, and porn is in the eye of the beholder.

Sometimes, the calculation is that notoriety sells. "The Simpsons" is profane but not pornographic and the language has to stay within US FCC guidelines. "South Park" took things several steps further, and certainly profited from its notoriety. It could be that "Big Mouth" was simply following that same path and progression/regression. Controversy in the US may actually help generate buzz and then subscribers in other markets.

Some may not realize this, but what is available on Netflix varies greatly from country to country. If you're a US subscriber and go abroad and log-into your Netflix account, what you will see available is not at all what you see at home. What is available in the US probably reflects the general tastes of US consumers of non-broadcast media. The balance of American tastes, indicated by what people are willing to pay for, lands closer to crude and vulgar than it does to erudite and polite.

“Vulgarity is like a fine wine: it should only be uncorked on a special occasion, and then only shared with the right group of people.” (James Rozoff)

Well I think i can guess who might be one subscriber of Netflix and that's Alan Dershowitz, (Trump's attorney) who once suggested the age of consent
should be lowered to 15 years of age.
