Our emotions are the playground of LSD.

I'm hesitant to tell people to not do LSD, because I think there is so much to be learnt for all. But if you abuse it and fuck yourself up, you're basically ruining its reputation for all of us, and that's not cool. It sounds like LSD doesn't really agree with you, so you certainly shouldn't be taking it as much as you have been. Don't get be wrong, it's tempting as fuck, but it's not how it should be done. Take a few months off psychedelics, and sort out your problems, then give them another try. Make sure that everything is right, and you're at a high point in your life where you won't have worries that could surface.

Also, maybe it'd be an idea to smoke weed during the comedown. If you're good during the peak, then the weed should make the peak last longer, right? I might be way off, and this could backfire, but one unpleasant trip isn't the end of the world, it's just indicative of something bad. Dig?

There is no schizophrenia, there is no depression, just you.

Don't label yourself with labels you don't want.

What your dealing with is idiosyncracy. LSD will effectively bring this to the surface, you can integrate it anyway you want to. It doesn't matter where you start from, you can integrate it however you like. Your not locked into, or required to take on any label just because someone with a pHD in psychiatry says so.

Even if your constantly hearing voices, and seeing images on the wall, this is still not schizophrenia, unless you want it to be. You can still integrate hearing voices and seeing images on the wall a hundred different ways into your life that are not schizophrenic, and are quite positive.

    A favorite quote of mine,
"How a musician always hears music, a painter always sees paintings" -Alex Grey

Also another thing selmo, one of things that comes with LSD use is hypersensitivity, to everything. But namely foods. After consuming LSD I had to radically change my diet around to something much healthier, and more stable, because LSD made me so hypersensitive to my body, and the changes and fluctuations in chemicals my diet was causing that I would be all over the place with the diet I typically ate before LSD.

I had to quit caffeine completely. No chocolate, no tea, no soda at all. Caffeine will make your mind fluctuate into many uncomfortable places.

No alcohol at all, alcohol sends my soul to a terrible place, that even just one beer, although not intoxicated, I feel like it takes me a number of hours to regain balance.

Psychiatric medications are utter shit. I may be biased and not have alot of experience here. But I've tried an antidepressant, pain pills, high blood pressure medication, hypertension medication, ADD medication. These things are just nasty in your body. All of them are toxic chemicals with a plethora of side-effects. And when you have the post hypersensitivity of LSD, you tend to get a serious side effect from everything, atleast I did. Even the innocent seeming ones, like the high blood pressure medication, sent my spirit quite out of alignment. All psychiatric substances carry with them a ton of negative energy and mal-intentions.

Don't gorge on meat. You know theres a reason so many LSD hippies went vegetarian, or vegan. It's exactly for the reason that LSD makes you so hypersensitive, that if your diet is not well balanced, your soul, mind and concioussness will not be well balanced, your mind will drift places you don't want it, and LSD makes unbearably sensitive to this. Meat, namely red meat in excess can be something that causes a rather dark energy to go over your mind I find. Meat also causes a surplus of serotonin to be made, and if you eat a ton of meat, you'll essentially get a bunch of serotonin, then this serotonin will wear off, and you feel out of whack. This is true for most every meat. The only meat I find to be an exception is good grade sushi. Really fresh raw fish actually makes me feel incredibly good.

Sugar is terrible for me, and things that raise blood sugar, like white bread or refined flours can be quite bad too. I personally have to avoid all sugar like the plague. Only honey, and fruit is what I eat for sweet things. I also can't have more than like 2 slices of white bread a day AT MOST, and a comparable amount of pasta.

Now, I know some of that might sound screwy, or not like a very big deal, and obviously not in line with any medical journal. But I would not perpet any of that is absolute truth in the slightest, those are just examples of things I've found just from my experience, for everyone it will be different. When you live with the hypersensitivity of LSD, things will effect you much more than they effect other people, and what you thought was prevoisly no biggie, in the hypersensitivity of LSD, it can be quite a biggie. There is schools of practice which believe things like schizophrenia can be corrected purely through diet therapy. And it is a simple truth that, the primary causal factor in how you feel day to day is based on what you eat. If your getting bad thoughts, and cycles of bad thoughts, this is because of something your feeling in your body, and your feeling that something in your body because of something your eating, or not eating, or not exercising enough.

Pay very very close attention to your diet, what things you eat, how they change your mental state, your mood. Paying attention to diet has become a religious activity for me post LSD. Because honestly, if I do something like eat a slice of cake, all the sugar and high carb level will send my mind for quite a few uncomfortable loops.

Foods that I find to be very safe to eat in large quantities are quite obvious, bananas, apples, carrots, broccoli, leafy greens... essentially a vegan diet low in carbohydrates. I'm not vegan, but I try to eat like 70% vegan through a day.

The hypersensitivity might seem like a bad quality of LSD, but once you get it sorted it out, and yourself balanced, you'll find it's actually an incredible good benefit. My daily energy level now, after getting my diet in line, is literally like twice what it used to be before LSD. You can also appreciate the subtle qualities of things much more, like various herbal teas. Rooibos, ginger, chamomile, lotus, these all have beautiful subtle effects :)
