    Oh, but Hunter!!!
    LOL.

Did Hunter Biden Violate Law in Buying Handgun? 3 Big Questions

So your argument is; if Hunter Biden didn't get prosecuted for answering "no" on a gun form and it can't be definitely proven it was a lie, or if it was, because it was Hunter Biden, even thought such a prosecution rarely occurs, and if it did thousands of gun owners would be locked up for smoking marijuana, no new gun laws should be passed or enacted.

    Okay, pretty good logic there......

That would make me extremely ecstatic if I lived there, just knowing that every dumb fucker walking the streets could pull a gun out at any minute if he / she wasn't pleased at something. Good chance for target practice and shoot-outs. Big fun!! This country is now run by petulant children.

Manhunt intensifies for Frank James, suspect in Brooklyn subway shooting
The latest in the continuing saga of Americans having a bad day or whatever exercising their constitutional right to gun down fellow Americans and being harassed by the cops for doing it! If everybody on that subway were armed and dangerous, that guy might have thought twice! Or they might have taken out Hunter Biden. Or nobody would be ridin' the subway for such things to happen!

Or if nobody on that subway train had a gun...no one would have been shot.

It's more permanent my way. If we all took each other out, problem solved--for good! Meanwhile, THEY GOT HIM! Better late than never! History of multiple arrests in the late 1990's and he still managed to buy the gun at a pawn shop in 2011. He also posted a lot of angry rants on social media. (Uh, oh. We know how that goes!)

So you advocate for irresponsible crackhead drunks who won't responsibly care for and keep their firearms to have them by means of falsifying information on the federal forms?
I'd rather not have that going on.

    Did I say that?

I said they can't prove Hunter lied, even if he did that infraction is rarely prosecuted, and if it was thousands of otherwise law abiding gun owners would now be behind bars.

And I asked if you thought that just because your one example isn't charged with a crime, how does that mean that no new gun laws should be enacted?
But you never answered you just assumed (asked) that I advocate "crackhead drunks" falsifying information to own firearms.

    Unfortunately innocent until proven guilty
Brooklyn subway shooting suspect Frank James arrested in NYC

NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said James was known to police and had an extensive arrest history that included nine prior arrests, dating from 1992 to 1998, ranging from burglary and criminal sex acts to trespassing and disorderly conduct. But he had no prior felony convictions and was not known to the FBI.

The gun was purchased legally by James in Ohio in 2011, Essig said.
