your imaginary version of god is a superhero? If god's real, do you think he or it gives a shit if a tiny little person has doubt in him? fuuuckk nooo, that's free will

maybe the reason why god's existence is illogical to you is because your idea of what god is is illogical.

when someone understands the logic of how god can exist, then you know it's possible

besides, there's all sorts of proof that god's possible. ghosts, coincidences, miracles, entheogens, nde's, all sorts of things.

First of all, we have to define God, which is probably something that none of us will agree on.
    Let's just say that:
God is a being that created the universe and is omnipotent.

    About freewill...take me for instance.
I simply am unable to believe in God(s), because I'm not capable.
I do not posses the freewill needed in order to have true 'faith'
Just like I cannot believe or have faith that 2+2=5.
I would have to abandon critical thinking and lie to myself.

The things you listed do not constitute as proof of God.
    Ghosts don't prove God.
NEAR death experiences don't prove God. The people didn't really die. Brain activity can continue minutes after the body stops working. Even if they did die, NDE's vary from person to person.
Coincidences, Miracles and unexplained phenomena don't prove God. Just because something can't be explained doesn't mean that God did it. That is called arguing from ignorance.

I have taken many entheogens, and had many wonderful hallucinatory experiences...but did they did not, in anyway imply the existence of a God.

    wtf. seriously

    you just defined god.

You just defined God as something that is not to be defined.

    ^

remember, the word 'God' actually has a definition.

If you don't want to accept that, then perhaps we could discuss the meaning of the word 'fish'...or perhaps 'apple'..?

Discussing God has much larger implications.

The quality of many people's lives are subject to religious belief, and religion revolves around the belief in God.

The etymology of the word 'fish' does not hold as much sway.

I do not believe that any religion revolves around the belief in god personally.

Religion makes people lazy and think that they have all the answers when they really should be looking for more.

Making up your mind BEFORE examining evidence is the theistic position IMO

You're sold on your perception. Perception by it's nature is ignorant as form is defined by negative space.

Wrong! Try again, it is theists who believe everything they perceive. I use reason to confirm and qualify information.

Anything is possible friend. It is possible that god is a piece of toast with cheesewhiz.

The question is if you choose to ignore his cheesy goodness.
