Or did Random Thoughts suddenly get more interesting only after Skip proposed to get rid of it?

 

It comes and goes...its character changes depending on who is here..but the threat may have started a do or die mentality

Sometimes I wonder if days have different vibes all over the world....people are all irritable one day, relieved the next etc.

Maybe RT is a reflection of that too

I think it was during the week you were on vacation. He made two polls--one asking if we should get rid of rep and one asking if we should get rid of random thoughts. I don't think the threads got deleted but I'm not sure; they might be a few+ pages back.

 

i should hope RT doenst get changed, its interesting to see the cliques change here every two weeks. theres a few different regulars, and a few regulars don't post much here anymore...and at these late hours RT is sometimes the only forum moving, we shoudl deffinatley keep it

 

Well it seems to be that shit threads are being "cleaned-up" more often and some users who loved posting crap have been warned or banned... so...

 

That's probably why, Penny...but I like to think that everyone got scared and thought they better shape up in terms of thread-making.

RT is always changing just like our every day lives. There were days I would have liked to delete that too, but we are all still here.
This week we are all busy watching the news & debating about the weather, gov't, politics, military stuff, the new school year, and whatever else we can.

Give it a month or so and we will find new things to discuss here....not sure if the new things will be as interesting tho. I don't really think it has anything to do with Skip threatening to close RT.
