Is glass door handle a good choice?

Hi! I have a confusion regarding the door hardware. I want to use the glass door handles and my husband likes the metallic things. And I am sure he is not going to agree on this of using the glass door handles. So isn't there any kind of solution that I can use both material glass as well as the metallic. Can anyone suggest me some idea?

I just feel your husband is wrong. I'm sure he trusts the sturdiness of metal more. That is probably his reasoning. But realistically, glass door handled are very durable. I'd be surprised if they didn't last you just as long as metal. And they're such a joy to use.
