    yup it sure is.
that's what all that salt and suger is there for. and how hot grease smells so wonderfully like raw meat being bar-b-cued, but tastes like the waste product it really is.

as for people needing to not be weak.
if it weren't for people being weak, no one would shop at wall mart.
there wouldn't be a wall mart.
or a mac dog burgers, burger peasant, chicken cernals, et al et al.

After replying to this thread yesterday that I had to make an effort to get off shit food, I went and bought myself KFC last night and now I have had a stomach ache all damn day.

So that's it. I will make a bigger effort from now on.

No he’s quite alive and didn't die from clogged arteries – just like it was rumored he bought a McDonald's franchise – they’re both urban legends

In the last two years, the only time I've eaten fast food is in airports and I'm not a frequent flyer. I haven't even had a pizza now in six months.

I have proudly gone years with almost no fast food. It depends on will power in my opinion. Once you get in the habit of working out and eating right for several months, a sudden return to fast food just does not seem...appealing, or appetizing. Your body gets used to actual nourishment and I think is naturally repulsed by this "food". But it takes time to do the right thing before you get to that state of naturally being repulsed. But now I can not look at most fast food without getting sick.

Sometimes I indulge in quasi fast food like "Chiptole" but that actually is somewhat decent. DC has some middle of the road burger joints like Z Burger that are not quite fast food, but not quite ultra healthy. But it beats MCD, so I have that once every other month. Subway is starting to gross me out, but that is higher on the scale of "good" fast food IMO - You could do a whole lot worse.
