I've come to realize that Trump lack of accomplishment actuly makes him the most right wing person ever. Because he didn't accomplish anything but was so mean and resentful about blaming others he is their poster child. The conspiracy is always against him and you John American. Even though you have all the power with elections local and national the enemy is both weak and also strong and everywhere. For all they claim Democrats are like Nazis they ignore that tie ins with fascism they have. Censor the press for one. ANTIFA or the "loony left" in general has apparently over run college, the justice system, and forces white women to submit to Islam to woke but they are also too weak to even fire a gun in the civil war and they can't decide which bathroom they use would not offend everyone.

They will never see that their goverment polices don't work and they benefit from the angry side of the flip flop political cycle.

Democrats have good economic runs and often clean up the mess of Republicans. The Republicans claim that since things are so good you don't need democrats and they crash the economy making the wealthy rich. Because of the slow moving nature of economies often the president from the other party is dealing with a bad choice. For example Obama was on day 1 responsible for his economy on Fox. Where is all this change you promised their smugly asked. We were unemployed in 2008 and it's almost spring 2009 so anything short of unemployment under Bush's numbers is a fail. They never admitted why they didn't work in 2008 and they probably really don't see it either.

Trump's good economy is the same inheritance. Notice how after a few years of his choices the economy went to shit except for the wealthy? In 2017 he was a genius according to the right wing. Someone did make good choices for 8 years but it was a black man not an orange one.

Even many Republicans are steeping out of the cult and seeing the media for what it is doing for the American people. It's pretty sad when you are so offended that you can't take a few jokes or mean girl comments for the president. The jokes being disrespectful are always a matter of taste. Trump's voters are really sensitive to that so they see them as a conspiracy. The truth is even worse for them. One of the most un-American things you can is want to censor the media. Oddly Fox news swore that day was coming. They always said Obama was an emperor or king and could not take their heat. Now Trump with all the power can't take the so called fake heat. Republicans are hyopcrites who don't like democracy. It's why they work so hard to convince others that everyone but them hates America. Even other Americans must hate it or else they would believe Trump over the media.

Thankfully most of us don't think like that even if we know the media wants our attention it can be trusted for the truth on important things. The conspiracy is how so many Americans fell for this conman. Outside of differing political opinions people have just been conned and it's sad to see the true sides of many of our relatives.

My husband is a follower of Orange Foolius and is always badmouthing the Democrats.
    Conspiracies? I've. heard them all.
My favorite is his belief that Hillary st al want to legalize late term abortions to eat the fetuses and extract some chemical from them to keep the big bad Democrats young.

I have an uncle who is not allowed to see his grand kids. His wife and therefore daughter are Mexican. My aunt has parents who came over to work the field and never left. The true illegal Mexican the Republicans hate. That was fine in the 70's when they met I guess.

None of them will have anything to do with them. I didn't hear it but he has apparently used the word "beaner" to my aunt but said his grand kid was "alright because he's not a full one" and my aunt was "Americanized" so she was also OK.

Cults are a hell of a drug. He still tries to host Thanksgiving but about 2/3 of the family does not come because even the Republicans are not in a cult. The sad thing is all he has to turn to is other cult members who feed him nonsense about how his family hates him because they hate America.

  4. I've always wondered how 2 people of very opposite beliefs can live in harmony...like Arnold and Maria, James Carville and Mary Matlin... When I was young and knew nothing I married a Repub and coming from a Dem home, but it was nothing like it is today....

My daughter has gotten brainwashed on FB and is stepping into politics, is a trump fan. I told her we cannot discuss politics, please.

    He sounds like an asshole.

Food for thought - my sister and I both married “beaners”. I spent a good part of the last 25 years living in Hispanic communities. I have yet to meet any Hispanic who sees that as a racial slur. They joke about it. If you want to piss my wife off, call her a wetback. Seriously. She’ll lose her shit. But call her a beaner and you just made a friend for life. She loves beans. The only people I’ve seen get offended by it are white people.

I'm happy the time of Forrest Trump is up in January, but my husband says he won't step down.
The only way he lost the election, insists Bob, is because it was rigged!

Yeah... Trump said the same thing, so it must be true. Why would a guy that lied over 25,000 times while being president lie?

i think the narrowness of focus of high profit margin corporate media is disappointing. but i don't think they just pull things out of that dark stinky place.
"midia" isn't some monolithic organism either. so to generalize all of it that arbitrarily makes no sense either.

i think the loss of local coverage by loss of diversity is a problem, but that isn't what he's talking about, even if he wants you to think it is.
and there are alternative sources. some very good, and of course anything honest and logical he's going to call fake, and then there's his psychofans, which are coocoo for cocoapuufs.

partially right in a very small way. they need to be kicked for giving him so much free air time, and there's really no good reason for continuing doing so.
the people spoke and kicked his worthless fascist ass the hell out of there, as it soundly deserved to be. and every one of his attempted fake audits show they did so even more "bigly".
and it isn't jews, muslims or rich people, its white supremist fascists who commit all the mass murders, and then try to play the victims,
not really anything else to do with ideology, belief, social or economic status.

    you assume the people spoke.
most voting methods today are so insecure any hacker can easily make the vote whatever they want.
The Dade County -11000 as in (minus) 11000 votes for Al Gore comes to mind.
Must mean the voters in Dade County had very negative attitudes :)

    Oh please....

For purposes of demonstration, an election was run using Leon High School as a model. The results of the first hack are shown below.

    Leon High School (pre-hack)
    Candidate
    Votes Percentage
    Bud Baker 623 54.79%
    Thomas Guthrie 192 16.89%
    Nadiyah Smith 322 28.32%
    Leon High School (post-hack)
    Candidate
    Votes Percentage
    Bud Baker 623 10.71%
    Thomas Guthrie 192 3.30%
    Nadiyah Smith 5000 85.98%
To show that both the results tapes and the central tabulator could be hacked, Black Box Voting then engaged the services of Hursti to hack the poll tapes. Black Box Voting purchased a card reader from the internet and Hursti used it to produce counterfeit memory cards, which successfully altered the voting machine results tapes on May 26, 2005.[2]

Who's Counting: Hacking Diebold Voting Machines
    ByJOHN ALLEN PAULOS

    Oct. 1, 2006

To the above already widely expressed concerns about electronic voting machines (and the recent misgivings of the Governors of Maryland and New Mexico among countless others), we should add an even more troubling one. This is the now conclusively demonstrated ease with which these machines can be hacked, or, to continue with the analogy above, the ease with which the well-dressed man in the booth can be persuaded to cheat. (Seldom has the title of this column, Who's Counting, been more descriptive.)

Who's Counting: Hacking Diebold Voting Machines

    Abstract
This paper presents a fully independent security study of a Diebold AccuVote-TS voting machine, including its hardware and software. We obtained the machine from a private party. Analysis of the machine, in light of real election procedures, shows that it is vulnerable to extremely serious attacks. For example, an attacker who gets physical access to a machine or its removable memory card for as little as one minute could install malicious code; malicious code on a machine could steal votes undetectably, modifying all records, logs, and counters to be consistent with the fraudulent vote count it creates. An attacker could also create malicious code that spreads automatically and silently from machine to machine during normal election activities—a voting-machine virus. We have constructed working demonstrations of these attacks in our lab. Mitigating these threats will require changes to the voting machine's hardware and software and the adoption of more rigorous election procedures.

    1 Introduction

The Diebold AccuVote-TS and its newer relative the AccuVote-TSx are together the most widely deployed electronic voting platform in the United States. In the November 2006 general election, these machines were used in 385 counties representing over 10% of registered voters [12]. The majority of these counties—including all of Maryland and Georgia—employed the AccuVote-TS model. More than 33,000 of the TS machines are in service nationwide [11].

Security Analysis of the Diebold AccuVote-TS Voting Machine

Something very strange happened on election night to Deborah Tannenbaum, a Democratic Party official in Volusia County. At 10 p.m., she called the county elections department and learned that Al Gore was leading George W. Bush 83,000 votes to 62,000. But when she checked the county's Web site for an update half an hour later, she found a startling development: Gore's count had dropped by 16,000 votes, while an obscure Socialist candidate had picked up 10,000--all because of a single precinct with only 600 voters.[1] The error cropped up in Volusia's 216th precinct of only 585 registered voters. A Global Election Systems (acquired by Diebold Election Systems now Premier Election Solutions) voting machine showed that 412 of those registered voters had voted. The problem was that the machine also claimed those 412 voters had somehow given Bush 2,813 votes and in addition had given Gore a negative vote count of -16,022 votes (Green Party candidate Ralph Nader was shown to have an even larger negative vote, though he was not considered a likely winner of the whole Florida election)
    Volusia error - Wikipedia
I stand corrected it was Volusia county not Dade.

Until we get hack proof voting systems YOUR VOTE DOES NOT COUNT!
And we will never get hack proof voting systems in the US because they want to rig the votes!
People in the US today are so naive!

Most people actually think the voting system is honest and fair!

"It's not the people who vote that count, it's the people who count the votes...[that count]"
    ~Joseph Stalin

If thats not enough do your own search, you should have already done that long ago.

Volusia county upon (initially) private (not government) investigation found -16000 votes for Al Gore.

The news media isn’t supposed to be unbiased. When Reagan lifted the fairness doctrine we decided as a nation that profit was the goal of the media. It’s working exactly as we asked it to

60 court cases and hand counts on all the disputed states have proven that the last election was the most checked and proven correct in history. Look, I'm sorry your right wing candidates mostly DID NOT WIN, but tough shit.

Reporting news has no bias unless bias is given to it by their expressing an opinion, or calling so called experts of their choosing to express an opinion to make up peoples minds for them.
