Is doggie style best for all womens?

I didn´t know that term! It happened to me not long ago for the first time (in a sexual context), while i was on doggy position with my bf licking me there. Then he turned me around on my back and POOF...that sound. I just laughed and immediatly told him that it wasn´t what it seemed....
