Is DEA watching us?

I'm sure law enforcement does check in on this occasionally. However, I don't believe the DEA or any other agency is going to devote too much time or money to bust some kid with a hundred bucks of weed. Now, if someone got on here and started bragging about growing acres and acres and having pounds and pounds, then maybe their ears will perk up. But I'm sure the cops in every town know the alley, or behind what garage, or whatever where people smoke. Do they go by and bust people sometimes? Sure. Do they set up elaborate sting operations to bust kids with joints? No.

As for where the servers are located, who cares? This is a public forum. All they have to do is read it on here. You guys may not know it but, you can go up top and do a search for every posting by any one person. You don't need a subpoena for that. You don't need special, classified, CIA computer programs for that.

And if you're still paranoid about it, just log off and reregister. Only this time, don't use your real name and hometown.

And finally, with all the members on here, I still have yet to find one story where someone posted that said they got busted because of what they posted on here. If it happened, don't you think they would tell about it? Or is their silence just part of the conspiracy?

 

If you think the DEA is watching these forums then I would leave America. Thats way to big brother for me.

 

Of course they are watching, but like you said unless you are saying something about having 3 pounds of weed, they don't care.

They care more about the "hard drugs"

 

i dont think there watching they cant watch everbody at once they only watch people that they hav been informed 2 watch well thats wot i think if u go around shoutin ur mouth off 2 every tom dick an joe ur gonna get caught 4 sure but if like most smokers u keep urself 2 urself then nobodys watchin u except a large dose of paranoia lol ive thought alot about the whole government drugs thing i dont agree with any other drugs apart from mj bad past experiences nasty addictive barstards lol but wot i think is it should be made legal 2 grow weed but stay illegal 2 smoke it this in theory would knock out nasty drug dealers of shit an under weight weed but not give the smoker enough power 2 run around lightin up joint after joint intoxicating everybody even if they dont want it i mean if it was legal 2 smoke 2 then 2 many would abuse it like alcohol and cigarettes witch r used 2 way liberally but thats ok coz its taxable lol wot do u think bout my idea?

 

I think the thing we have in your defense unless you have pictures of you in them with anything illegal its all just text and who is to say how is really typing. I know they can tract my IP addy, but they cant really prove who is sitting at the pc at that time

 

Oh, btw, I have heard of people on myspace getting busted b/c of pics of them with large sums of money and piles of herb-but thats just fucking retarded anyway!

Yeah, they could on a piracy forum. They'll get a warrant, start searching homes for cds, dvds, etc. anything containing pirated anything. Then you'll be in federal "pound you in the ass" prison. (damn I love that movie)

If the DEA's watching me, I hope they're getting bored of watching me go deliver newspapers, jerk off, occasionally shop for food, post in this forum, smoke occasionally and talk to my friends online. I usta be fraid of the garbage man. Now I live in a legal state where we'r alowed to make our own home made meds. I feel like a giant weight's been lifted off me. One by one the states will legalize. Actually, while they might be watching they more than likely couldn't do anything legally. They're too busy trying to control the distribution of pharmaceuticals on the internet, or with Major marijuana hot spots around the country. Not only that but the media would more than likely be dragged into play, and it could bring up a major supreme court case and upset many people. It would be a direct attack on Free Speech.

Legally, there's probably a lot that could go wrong. As far as finding major growers through the site... don't post your address lol.

I know for a fact that police monitor these forums. Be careful not to give out to many names or places. And the assholes could use information you post on this website as evidence against you in court.

Yeah they're pretty much only looking for MAJOR growers, or information leading to the arrest of major growers through the internet. They might be monitoring here, but if you have no affiliations with major marijuana growers you're probably pretty safe.

 

I know for a fact that they monitored my posting. They won't bust you just for posting about smoking weed on here...but they could use it as evidence if you get arrested for drug related crimes. My phone got tapped as well. Be careful not to post names/places.
