Is buying marijuana seeds online a bad idea?

I just know that most seeds now are gmo, but i am no expert in this field so regarding marijuana it may be different. All i know is the cartels use heavy fungicides and all kinds of other chemicals, yucky

I'm pretty sure you have nothing to worry about ordering seeds. Of course you can't plant the seeds and grow them cuz plants are illegal.
